RDE People & Culture During a Crisis
Thinking of everyone going through a once-in-lifetime-pandemic, not only did RDE switch early to remote work, but we also sent every team member a house plant and a packet of seeds.
The house plant was a reminder to get some nature into our lives for our mental wellbeing, while caring about our indoor air quality and getting more oxygen into our bodies.
The seeds represented renewal, hope, and continuous personal growth. Challenging circumstances are often the seeds of future growth.
RDE Community Service Innovation
RDE Red is part of RDE's pro bono commitment to serving the communities our clients serve by providing innovative tools, resources, and services.Last year alone, RDE has helped over 30,000 people in the community in areas such as housing, healthcare, community engagement, data science, and grant funding!
RDE has conducted National Leadership Interview Series to advance and distill wisdom in People-first approaches across the national leadership.
